Islam and Judaism ar members of the monotheistic family of world religions that have more in everyday than on the nose the worship of one God. They both have a common origin that is rooted in the Middle East and in the God -given revelations to the prophets. These two major religions share commonality in traditions and worship. By comparing these basic fundamental beliefs and traditions of Islam and Judaism, through and through the worldview of Absolute, religious rite and Symbols, and Relationship to Other Religions this paper will reveal the simile between two of the worlds well know religions. Islam: God is great. God is merciful (Quran 1:1); these are the beginning scriptures of the Quran. This statement is made as a address between Muslims to reinforce their faith that God is one thence making Islam a monolithic religion. They believe God, Allah, is all muscular but God is also involved with mankind on a personal level.

There are three main doctrines of the Quran that Islam teaches.
The first principle is God communicates with man through the Quran, the prophets, through prayers and signs or ayat. The cooperate principle is that prophecy is given by God through the prophets and these include the Torah, given by Moses, and the gospel of Jesus.
