now I was on the passenger car and an older black woman was arrested for not moving to a different seat on the bus when the bus device driver told her and the three other black women that they could not sit in the seats they were originally in. Me, being in the sixth grade was a first hand receive of the account. the other ladies got out(a) of their seat and complied with the drivers demands; but Mrs.Parks firmly stood her ground, this was the first time ive ever seen a black person stand up to the gaberdine man, ive heard of stories of blacks standing up towards white oppression, but never did i think i would witness it.

Dear Diary,
i remember when the bus driver called the cops and we were all in shock because weve never seen such a rebellious act against the whites like this before. Today the judge rule on Mrs.Parks case and when his verdict was guilty the African-american confederation was highly upset. later on, around noon, we met at the MT. Zion church
and initiated the boycott. Us blacks werent going to take the in justice of the courts that were intentional to protect our inalienable rights.

Dear Diary,
I know I havent written in a vast time but a lot has been going on.
Today Fred Gray, member of the MIA and Charles Langford, the attorney for the plaintiff filed the Browder versus Gayle lawsuit with the help/ financial aid of female plaintiffs. i saw this as as other step forward towards our movement to equality; but on a sadder note, E.D Nixons house is bombed. we take two travel forwards and 5 steps back...will it ever end?

Today, a Montgomery County grand jury indicted about 90 bus boycott leaders and charged them with violating a statue interdict boycotts without just cause.
