How far should the outcome of the Korean warfare be seen as a triumph for the USA?
Before the Korean War ensued the States maintained the reputation of a dominatingly, victorious and unbeatable superpower, an two-base hit that was further enhanced by the concomitant they emerged victorious later on their intervention in WWII. Consequently the inability to win the Korean War and the resulting detriments of the war was disquieting for the US, notably by the fact they had not escaped with a decisive victory over a country, which was not of critical interest to them, but only if a pawn to strain they were rigidly anti-communist. Thus it rotter be argued regardless of the resulting stalemate and roughly of the relatively positive effects of the war, the outcome of the Korean War cannot be seen as a true triumph for the USA.

I correspond a lot of people dont even realise the splendor of the Korean war before it preceded the Vietnam war. A much more neagtive pictorial matter is grasped once you take the whole America the great superpower image from it.

The testify has nothing to do with the present South and North Korea. innocent as that the US failed to drive out communism as they aimed - thus the present north Korea is the result! Read the test not because you feel like a patriotic American!

i meant long edge contradict consequences about presidential powers, as well as there neing many short term negative consequences thanxs v. much - sigh (ppl should really try to withdraw an essay before deciding to go mad!)
how can you say the korean war had long term negative affects when South Korea is a leading technological country. America helped the peopl who didnt deficiency their country turned into N. Korea. Look at N. Korea, it is in solemn shape compared to S. Korea. America did wonders for the Koreans in S. Korea
