Life has many obstacles that are hurdled over, maintained, and developed with potent exposure. We as human beings are obligated to meet indisputable standards in most things we do for ourselves and for others. It is about our values, our decisions, and our sub-conscience that relies on the honorable portion in what we do. Ethical impartiality is not exactly about being kind to others; it is about being bonnie and true to ourselves personally and in the work force.
Professional obligation includes haleness and respectablely speaking to others. Success relies on law and dependant on being proactive with understanding, compassion, values, and respect.
Ethics and rectitude go a long substance in the way we live; our work ethic develops with the knowledge and values as a person and who we are. Is this part of the conscience mind in how we maintain ethical integrity, is this something we are taught and teach others? As we ascertain further and into the depth of this subject, we will find it is not taught nor do we teach, instead integrity is what we already value as the ethical part comes into play through the rules in which we can interpret through our behavior and actions.
      Looking inside the Oxford Mini mental lexicon and Thesaurus (second edition), it defines integrity as honesty, morality and principle as the following words. These words coincide with the word ethical as being morally correct. Ethics is moral principles, as integrity is being honest which puts ethical integrity together as honestly having good moral principles.
